Why it all started ?
We want to create a fusion of flavors in our menu and thus delight our people by bringing uniqueness on the platter so they never get bored of eating one thing over and over again in economical prices by bringing down food cost & wastage. We want to work on Cloud Kitchens which will reduce food cost & wastages drastically by doing major part of the many satellite kitchens at one base kitchen. Food waste has become worldwide issue, Data shows that more than 1.3 Billion tons of food are lost or wasted annually which is about 1/3 of annual global food production. By preparing at one place with better storage facility we can make huge difference to the cost of food and wastage.
